Over the years Graves Bros has been my "go to" for windows and roof work. I have always been happy with the quality of their work, on site professionalism, and fair pricing. I am having some current challenges with insulation and ice damning, and Cory was extremely helpful in helping me understand what work needed to be done to fix the issue.
I just have to post again about how happy with the services from Graves Brothers. This is my second review and I only write reviews when I’m extremely satisfied. Not only is their service the best service I’ve ever experienced for my roof, but they have the most professional and skilled people working for them. Recently I had an issue because of the storm and they were over within hours, even though they were so booked up. This can’t always happen but they could tell I was frantic. Dave Cremen and a young man came to my house, solved the problem and explained to me how to book a future repair. He also took the time to tell me what was wrong with the roof. The company was amazing in booking the appointment and were as usual extremely courteous on the phone. It’s so rare that there’s a company like this and such amazing workers as Dave that I just had to post another great review.
We recently had Graves do some rafter and crossbeam repair and were very satisfied with their whole process. Aaron was great with getting us estimates and scope of work. Nate was also great to work with in getting everything scheduled and being prompt with updates on any schedule changes.
Blake was fantastic to work with as the one who did the work. He kept us updated, offered detailed but understandable explanations of both the work originally scoped and additional recommendations as he worked on our house. His clean up took care of any debris or dust, and we also appreciated the detailed invoice to understand what was done. We plan to continue using Graves as one of our top choices for any house work.
